Overstock liquidation buyers

Who are overstock liquidation buyers?

Overstock liquidation buyers are people who buy from companies trying to bulk sell stock they have too much of. This gives the advantage of the stock often being sold cheaper due to being bulked and the stock often being higher value compared to regular liquidation stock due to being from overstock. You should watch out, however, as when liquidating your overstock you have to be certain of when is the best time to liquidate. Factors for when to liquidate can be things like how well it’s selling or how much overstock you have.

Why should you liquidate overstock rather than sell it individually?

Overstock has many problems when being sold, like for example if the stock cannot sell quick enough you may be left with a redundant product you still have pallets of. When you reach this point, or are about to, it’s best to go for the liquidation approach. Liquidation is a great option at this stage due as it gets several units sold at once, something that’d otherwise be hard to do, and gives you some good money back despite the situation.

When should I liquidate my overstock?

You can liquidate it whenever you feel you’ve reached a point where some of it will become unsellable, but it is recommended for when your product is about to fall down in sales, whether it be due to a new product outperforming it or the business not attracting the right market for the product.
